1. Start of with a 500x500 document and fill with black. Now select Filter -> Render -> Lens Flare in the middle of the page.


2. Use the smudge tool and brush outwards.

3. Now Filter -> Distort -> Wave.



4.Dublicate these layers about 3 or 4 times and repeat step 3.


5. In the Filter -> Distort -> Wave tab, you can also choose Randomize to change the pattern. Once you have done that you now have to merge the layers together by pressing Ctrl+E.
Thats it.


6. You can also Invert Colours Ctrl+I, and also add some colours (Ctrl+U -> colourize)
